The SUS2060RB is the largest-capacity member of the RB-type double-pitch stainless sprocket family. It drives No.2060HR chain — a heavy-roller variant of the 38.10 mm double-pitch chain series, where ‘HR’ designates the heavy roller (22.23 mm diameter). This roller dimension surpasses both the standard No.60 chain roller (11.91 mm) and the No.80 chain roller (15.88 mm), placing the SUS2060RB in a class of its own for load capacity within the double-pitch stainless range. For heavy conveyor systems where neither the SUS2060SB nor the SUS2050RB provides adequate capacity, the SUS2060RB with No.2060HR chain delivers the required working load at the double-pitch architecture’s weight-saving chain spacing.
