A roller chain & sprocket strand can be shortened by removing links and lengthened by adding whole or a half links (offset links).1TB80 Pulley uses a P1-Series Bushing, is directly interchangeable with other manufacturers, is 8.35″ in diameter, and is manufactured in accordance with ARPM Standard for safe operation. With B-series TB pulleys you can use A, 4L, B, 5L, AX, BX, AA, and BB belts. What separates this 1TB80 pulley from the others is that it is made using a high grade-35 cast iron, is phosphate coated, painted, and balanced at the factory. Using the grade 35 cast iron offers a higher10sile strength and is more wear resistant than the more commonly used grade 25. While the phosphate coated and then painted finish adds corrosion resistance to the 1TB80 pulley. Then, because this pulley is dynamically balanced it runs smoother which gives bearings and other comp1nts of the equipment a longer working life.
